Tiffany brings a robust foundation in Structural Engineering to our team, marked by her academic achievements and extensive professional experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and boasts an impressive 7-year tenure collaborating closely with Licensed Engineers.
With a remarkable 15-year career in the Engineered Lumber sector, Tiffany has continually excelled in diverse roles. Her contributions span from design and department management to hiring, training, process optimization, and leadership in a commercial sales and design division.
Her wealth of expertise and accomplishments underscore her pivotal role in our team's success.
David Tran
David assumes a cornerstone role in our organization as he leads the operations of our three design offices situated in Vietnam. In this capacity, he bears the responsibility of overseeing the EWP (Engineered Wood Products) design team, serving both North America and Australia.
David's academic foundation is rooted in Mechanical Engineering, a testament to his strong technical acumen. With a notable proficiency in truss design, he extends his expertise to managing our newly established frame detail team, specifically catering to the Australian market. With an impressive tenure of 14 years in the industry, David is renowned for his unwavering dedication to his craft. His leadership and experience are invaluable assets to our team.
Kyle Hoffman
Kyle is a vibrant addition to our team, characterized by his youthful enthusiasm and steadfast work ethic. Collaborating closely with Tiffany, he plays a central role in the North American markets, meticulously reviewing projects to ensure alignment with customer design standards and preferences.
Kyle's educational background is anchored in Industrial Engineering, a discipline that reflects his strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. His journey in the lumber industry commenced after graduation, and over the years, he has accrued a wealth of experience in EWP. His expertise spans a range of responsibilities, from intricately crafting design layouts to conducting thorough analyses of single beam calculations and column designs. Kyle's dedication and versatility make him an indispensable asset to our team, as we continue to deliver excellence to our valued clientele.
Brad Nguyen
Brad is a distinguished alumnus of Business University and has made a significant impact at EzeQuote over the past 9 years. Leading the North American Design Team for the last five years, he has set a remarkable standard in ensuring the production of precise and comprehensive EWP designs that align with customer preferences and industry benchmarks. Brad's exceptional dedication to fostering a team with unwavering character and commitment is a testament to his leadership.

With 6 years of invaluable EWP design experience and a bachelor's degree in Physics, Phillip brings a wealth of expertise to our dynamic team. His contributions to the North American market, catering to both residential and complex commercial framing projects, are a testament to his passion for the field. Like a dedicated educator, Phillip is always ready to lend a hand, share knowledge, and pursue new skills. His meticulous attention to detail, patience with extensive projects, and eagerness to learn set him apart, adding significant diversity to our team.

Clover Truong
International Team
A graduate in Chemical Engineering from Dalat University, Clover Truong has been an integral part of EzeQuote for over 4 years. Her expertise in designing engineered lumber and providing framing layouts for floor and roof systems has greatly contributed to meeting customer expectations and enhancing workflow efficiency. As a pivotal figure in training our expanding team, Clover actively imparts her knowledge of software applications and drawing standards, with a vision to fortify the team, amplify output, and steer the company towards greater heights.

Ryo Pham
International Team
A graduate with a major in Physics from Da Lat University, Ryo embraced a new challenge by transitioning into the Ezequote family in 2017. Having experience with large multi-family homes and commercial hotel projects, Ryo has been serving as a team leader for the North American EWP market for the past five years. He has been instrumental in spearheading residential projects, particularly focusing on coastal homes with unique features and distinctive framing practices.

Marcus Truong
International Team
With a degree in land management and a rich background encompassing eight years in wood framing construction, Marcus has been an instrumental figure at EzeQuote. Having excelled as an estimator, EWP designer, and North American team leader, he revels in the intricacies of design, often grappling with complex framing situations that necessitate creativity and thinking outside the box.
